  You can download the FuQuake client at http://www.fuhquake.net. It will play all these demo types except MVD. You need to install Qizmo in order to view MVD with FuhQuake. Install it into './qw/qizmo/' of your Quake World directory. Download at http://qizmo.sci.fi.
