Jedi Knight 2 does NOT support any demo controls! The game prevents this. By pressing any key during demo play, you are dropped back to the menu, even when pressing the console key.
Where can I bind my keys?
You cannot, the game prevents this.
You
can also use Seismovision as a version converter. For instance, you want to
play with a friend who does not have the latest patch say v1.03 and you have
v1.04. Normally you would not be able play against each other with those versions.
But now you can downgrade easily with Seismovision. Open Seismovision and
right-click on the Jedi Knight 2 status (Depending how you
configured it you should normally click the status bar responsible for dm_16). A popup menu pops up. Select 'Convert to' and then select the desired
version.
